- Facilities with cozy Zirbenstube, elevator, reception and entrance hall
- New “wellness area” with sauna, steam bath, infrared, wonderful relaxation room and relaxation swimming pool as well as a massage room for soothing massages
- Comfort rooms with sitting area and balcony or living area, bathroom, WC, hairdryer, telephone, flat-screen TV, radio and safe.
- Sun terrace with sun loungers, ski and boot room, parking spaces at the house, garage parking on request (€ 25,-)
- Rich breakfast buffet with local products, homemade pastries and fruit salad.

- For weekend bookings we charge € 20,- to € 30,- per person
- Price reduction for children in their parents’ room:
- up to 4 years free, 5-8 years 50%, 9-12 years 30%, from 13 years 20%
- Prices are per person and day in EURO
- plus local tax € 4.60 per person/per day (from 14 years)
